Recruitment: More than 400 applicants have applied for 6 positions. The field has now been narrowed down, and interviews are underway.
Evacuation exercises/guidelines: There are some issues concerning evacuation exercises and guidelines, including clarification of where the responsibility lies if something goes wrong, particularly in relation to students during teaching.

3. IT Issues
There has been a change requiring users to log in for two-factor authentication / enter their login credentials every 7 days, whereas previously this was required every 90 days. Some people are experiencing having to log in several times a day across their different devices, or having to update their login at inconvenient times. This has become quite frustrating and is contributing to IT-related stress.
Anders Møller has taken/will take the issue further to FISU/CISU.
4. Follow-up on Staff Development Dialogue (SDD) rounds
Responsibility for the SDD conversations has been delegated to the section heads, who will each conduct the conversations for staff in their respective sections. At the extended management meeting, the general experience among the section heads will be discussed.
There was also a question of whether the competence development conversations and processes could be improved so that they provide a more useful basis for further work.
5. Buildings
New building: The rent and other costs have now been calculated, and we have been allocated some additional teaching space in the Nygaard Building, where the library is currently located. The allocation of square metres in the new building has now been finalized. Until the building is completed, careful consideration needs to be given to how the available space can best accommodate our current needs, temporary relocation, etc.
Existing buildings: The ADA section will move back in on 18 May, when the construction work in Hopper 2 and 3 is expected to be completed.
