The committee deals with the following issues in relation to the studies Master of IT and Diploma in information technology, Software development:
- To ensure strategic planning, provision, staffing, performing and quality assurance of courses associated with the department.
- To ensure the best possible conditions for students and teachers at the studies.
- To ensure coordinating with stakeholders: faculty, institute, teaching committee, board of studies, student guidance, the Secretariat for part-time education, ITEV coordination committee, it-vest, and other stakeholders.
- To assist in marketing and information about the studies.
