The postdoc committee is a forum to discuss topics of interest to postdocs, and to generate new initiatives to improve the working conditions for postdocs at the department.
The postdoc committee is responsible for organizing events, e.g. lunches with a speaker adressíng a relevant postdoc topic. We aim at creating postdoc events 3 times per year.
The committee will meet approximately 2 times a year in order to discuss topics for future (social) events and networking, and to give recommendations on topics to be adressed within the department postdoc group.
Aarhus University has a junior researcher programme that is targeted at postdocs and assistant professors at AU.
