The project explores the intersection of Game Theory and Online Learning to advance our understanding of multi-agent systems - settings where multiple agents interact, such as traffic systems, energy markets, or blockchain networks. The project will deliver insights and tools for optimizing crucial economic and social systems. It will also pave the way for advanced algorithms applicable in modern AI settings, including the training of Generative Adversarial Networks and the development of socially responsible machine learning models.

This prestigious recognition underscores the excellence of Skoulakis’ work and its relevance to contemporary challenges in computer science and beyond. The grant will support two PhD students and two postdocs.
