No-Regret Learning and Strategic Decision making

Abstract

In this talk, we will introduce the regret minimization framework and explore its applications in decision-making under uncertainty. We will present fundamental regret minimization algorithms along with the optimality guarantees they provide, commonly referred to as no-regret guarantees. Additionally, we will discuss how this framework applies to fundamental economic and social settings, such auctions, traffic systems and markets.
