DDSA Postdoc Fellowship for Andrea D'Angelo
Andrea D'Angelo has been awarded a Postdoc Fellowship from the Danish Data Science Academy (DDSA).
Under the supervision of Davide Mottin, Andrea's project, Robust Graph Unlearning, investigates how machine learning models can reliably remove information while preserving privacy and remaining resilient to malicious attacks. The project aims to develop new methods for graph-based machine learning that support the growing need for privacy-preserving AI systems.
During his PhD, Andrea visited the department and returned as a postdoc in May 2026 to conduct research in trustworthy and privacy-preserving machine learning.
The DDSA fellowship programme supports outstanding researchers pursuing ambitious data science research projects at Danish universities. This year, six postdoctoral fellowships were awarded nationwide.
Congratulations to Andrea on this achievement.
