IT-branchen er større end nogensinde: ”Vi kan ikke nå at uddanne nok akademikere”

Det er først og fremmest de hårde IT-kompetencer, som vi mangler. Dvs. de unge skal lære, hvordan de digitale produkter skrues sammen; hvad er eksempelvis en god it-arkitektur, hvordan gennemføres et fornuftigt it-projekt eller ikke mindst hvilket sikkerhedsniveau skal vi arbejde med.

Unge kvinder er vilde med IT og teknologi

For 14. gang slog Institut for datalogi på Aarhus Universitet dørene op til IT Camp for piger i uge 42. I år har der været en kæmpe interesse for at skifte efterårsferie ud med IT camp, og med 55 deltagere fra hele landet kan arrangørerne melde om deltagerrekord.

How big data can help combat the effects of climate change

Denne uge bliver 62 gymnasieelever midlertidigt studerende på Institut for Datalogi, når de deltager i den årlige begivenhed studiepraktik. Her vil gymnasieeleverne få indsigt i livet som studerende på instituttet, samt hvordan det er at studere enten datalogi eller IT-produktudvikling.

Winners of the 2019 Danish Robot Olympiad Qualifier

High schools, from all over Denmark, competed yesterday in a qualification tournament to represent Denmark at the international First Global Robot competition. CONGRATULATIONS to the winning team from Aalborg Technical High School. They will compete against 175+ nations at the finals in Dubai.
