1) Announcements
Finances: The overall financial situation remains solid. Upcoming relocation costs and additional rent will need to be factored in. However, these expenses have already been accounted for in allocated savings and will therefore not impact daily operations.
Delegation framework: The delegation process is nearing completion and will be circulated shortly.
2) Follow-up on the Workplace Assessment (APV – physical and psychological)
Action plans related to the APV have been prepared for TAP, postdocs, and PhD candidates.
The action plan for VIP is expected to be finalized before December and approved shortly thereafter.

3. Consultation on NAT Strategic Goals 2030
LSU will prepare a written response to the consultation with points we feel are left out. Permanent VIP staff have been invited to submit input to LSU if they wish to have specific points included.
4. Annual Performance and Development Reviews (MUS)
A new procedure this year is that section heads will take over part of the MUS discussions. Otherwise, the process will proceed as usual.
