Please notice that you can create a list, which makes it possible to send a mail to everybody except from the gift recipient. Ask helpdesk@nfit.au.dk for help, phone: 87154010.
In addition, individual research groups/projects can collect money for gifts in connection with PhD defences, weddings, maternity, sickness and the like. This however happens on own initiative and the collections should be sent out directly by mail or by contacting the people to whom it is appropriate, and not the “alle” mailing list.
