Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a conference and travel grant, the candidate:
- must be a Bachelor, Master or PhD student/graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a technical field related to the conference subject.
- must have a strong academic background
- must attend the core day(s) of the main conference
Skills and experience in the following areas are preferred:
- Scripting/Coding skills and experience in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Perl, Python, Java
- Unix/Linux systems, Systems administration, Operating systems
- TCP/IP Networking and/or developing/designing large software systems
- Analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
- Data structures, algorithms and complexity analysis
