The administration at the Department of Computer Science consists of a number of Section Managers, located in the research environment of the respective research groups. By default, the Section Manager is your single point of contact in all administrative matters. Single point of contact means that your Section Manager - without compromising on quality - redirects the tasks that should be solved by the central administration at AU to the right person. The tasks that should be solved locally at the department will be solved by your Section Manager or by one of our specialists.
Ask your Section Manager - if she cannot fix it herself, she will find the person who can!
